Jacinta and Kent’s wedding at Tall Trees Tallebudgera was such a sweet day, featuring their beautiful golden retriever, soft pastel florals, and heart-shaped confetti. Nestled at the base of the mountain, the ceremony felt like something out of a fairytale in the golden afternoon light. Surrounded by their closest family and friends in the hinterland, the day unfolded naturally with the help of this stunning venue. Every detail came together to create a magical day from start to finish.

TELL US ABOUT THE VISION YOU HAD FOR YOUR DAY - THE VIBE, THE STYLE AND THE FEEL
Our vision for the day was simple and rustic. We wanted our wedding to feel like a genuine celebration of our love - warm, relaxed, and shared with the people who matter most to us. It was important that everyone felt comfortable and free to mingle, laugh, and truly enjoy themselves. We imagined a day filled with good food, plenty of laughter, heartfelt moments, and an easygoing atmosphere where nothing felt too formal or forced - just natural, joyful and full of love.
WHAT WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF YOUR DAY? SHARE A STORY WITH US!
We both agree that the highlight of our day was our first look. It gave us a quiet, intimate moment to be together and truly take everything in before walking down the aisle and saying “I do.” It was also a chance to calm our nerves, connect with each other, and share a moment that felt completely our own.

Our top tip for couples planning their wedding is to carve out a little time just for the two of you - no guests, no family, no distractions. Having a quiet, intimate moment together allows you to take everything in, be fully present, and truly share the experience with each other.

From our very first communication with Figtree Pictures, we felt genuinely heard, valued, and supported. The team took the time to really listen to our ideas and understand what was important to us, and they worked closely with us to bring our vision to life in a way that felt authentic and true to who we are as a couple. Their guidance and professionalism gave us so much confidence in the lead-up to the day, and we always felt like we were in the best hands.
On the day itself, they were incredible to work with - calm, organised, and seamlessly present without ever feeling intrusive. They created such a relaxed environment, which made a huge difference for us as neither of us are particularly comfortable in front of a camera. With their gentle direction and encouragement, we were able to just be ourselves and enjoy the moment, rather than feeling posed or staged.
What really stood out was their ability to capture both the big, emotional moments and the small, candid details in between. Looking back through our photos, we can truly relive the feeling of the day - the laughter, the love, and all those fleeting moments we might have otherwise missed.
